Working with a mass timber fabricator and installer, we developed a prototypical kit-of-parts home design for RealCLT, a system that reimagines how housing can adapt to the shifting needs of modern families. The goal was not only efficiency and speed but also accessibility and cultural relevance, to make homebuilding more flexible and responsive to the diverse ways people live today.
